UNICEF TAP PROJECT

The lack of safe drinking water is one of the biggest killers of children in developing countries. The Tap Project took place in over a dozen U.S. cities. The idea was to ask restaurant patrons to donate $1 for a glass of tap water to help provide safe drinking water to the world’s children. To make Tap unique to Seattle we played off of what our city is most famous for: rain. We asked Seattleites to "Share the Wealth." We helped Seattle raise more money for the project than any other city with the exception of NYC. Our ice sculptures made the evening news and created buzz. Our outdoor got a nod from The One Show and The Seattle Show and was featured in the New York Times. I was the copywriter and co-CD on this campaign.
